The Zen House

The Zen House hosts up to 12 guests in 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and 2 baths. Guests have access to the home, the bath house, and the 5.5-acre outdoor property. You can Bring Fido, too! We absolutely LOVE this place!

Enjoy your own private indoor HD movie theater with 5.1 Bose Surround Sound and leather recliner seats, a spa with a cold plunge pool and sauna, and a 6-person hot tub to reach the maximum level of relaxation. Play a game of ping pong, and enjoy the fireplace outside and inside along with 5 acres! There are 3 outdoor grills – 2 propane (provided) and one charcoal, along with a smoker.

Awaken your senses with your own private spa retreat, which includes a cold plunge pool, and a hot wood-fired sauna. In the evenings, you can unwind and gather around the outdoor fire pit with 12 seats (6 cedar Adirondack chairs & 6 tree stumps), share stories while enjoying the star-lit sky or cuddle up with your significant other on either of the two hammocks.

There are plenty of indoor and outdoor games including SpikeBall, KanJam, CornHole, Volleyball, Soccer, Football, and more. There’s a 164″ HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, Fire TV, HBO Max, Netflix, and premium and standard cable.

The town of Livingston Manor prides itself in having just about everything within a minute’s drive from the home. One of the key things about the location is that you’re just minutes away from the Willowemoc Wild Forest in the heart of the Catskills.

“The Zen House felt like a dream house, literally everything was perfect. Eugene has excellent communication and answered all questions before and during our stay within literally a second. He always made sure we had everything we needed. Everything inside the cabin was extremely clean, from the beds to the game room. We were welcomed with a nice welcome basket. The fireplace inside and the fire pit outside were easy and nice to use. The hammocks outside were very comfortable, and the outdoor hot tub was absolutely amazing. The cabin is in a very quiet and peaceful area, but also close to supermarkets in case you want to go. I would give you all the stars I could, thank you from the bottom of our heart for everything.”
