The Nest features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and spans over 1,700 square feet. A full kitchen, 2 wood burning fireplaces, a hot tub, big Roku TV, and an outdoor oasis are just some of the amenities you will enjoy.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living and dining areas with natural sunlight. Soaring vaulted ceilings add to the light and airy feeling. A stone electric fireplace adds warmth and coziness. Part rustic mountain cabin and part stylish modern getaway. Curl up here in the evenings with a glass of wine next to the crackling fire. This is the mountains, so you’ll be tempted to use the fireplaces (2!) year-round.

The last room in the house is a fun filled family room on the lower level. There’s a pool table, flat screen TV, books, board games, and movies at your disposal.

For the little ones, you’ll find a high chair, a Pack ‘n Play travel crib, children’s dinnerware, and children’s books and toys.

The backyard fire pit and porch swing create the perfect setting for roasting gooey s’ mores under the string lights and stars. When the sun is out round up four people to play a competitive game of Corn Hole or Kan Jam.
