Old Mallard on Eagle Lake, is a private retreat in the Pocono Mountains. The property is very private with a wooded empty lot next to te home and only 78 steps to your private large dock, an easy walk to the sandy beach and playground, ideal for the little ones to play and be able to gradually walk into the water.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to enjoy nature at its finest on a pristine lake. You’ll be able to fish for bass, pike or sunfish that are all friendly! Bring the family down to the water with you as they will surely have fun exploring this beautiful setting while seeing some amazing scenery the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises.
Have a baby or toddlers? There’s a high chair, a Pack ‘n PLay, a changing table, a baby bath, children’s dinnerware, a changing table, children’s books & toys for ages 0 – 10+. There’s even a children’s playroom and an outdoor playground.
Pocono Mountain Lake Estates boasts a beautiful lake which is a non-motor boat lake. There’s a rec center complex with an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, and an exercise room. Old Mallard is 5 minutes away from the Niagara of PA, Bushkill Falls. Shawnee Ski Mountain is about 12 miles away and is a great place for family winter fun.
“The kitchen was very well stocked, and there were thoughtful touches which were much appreciated. The deck is paradise. There is a charcoal BBQ grill, plenty of chairs and tables, and the most magnificent view. And so peaceful! There are three bedrooms on the main floor and another downstairs on the game room level. All were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. What fun to have a ping-pong table and Pacman too – and let’s not forget the hot tub and fire pit. We didn’t want to leave. Note that there is no cable/DirectTV but plenty of streaming options. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the private pool. Thank you!!”
