Green Light Lodge

The Green Light Lodge is a uniquely designed home inspired by a by-gone era. Lovingly designed and renovated based on a dream that family and friends could gather under the stars, reconnect, and share priceless memories for years to come. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath raised A-Frame in the Poconos lake region, about 2 hours from NYC.

It’s in a private gated lake and amenity-filled community called The Hideout, located in Lake Ariel.

The Green Light Lodge sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably. The “lake bedroom” has a full-sized bed, the “lodge bedroom” has a queen, and the “train car bedroom” features 2 sets of bunk beds, or four twin beds total.

The home features an open layout with exposed wood vaulted ceilings, large windows with a plant-filled wrap around deck (including a seasonal little peek a boo view of the lake), renovated quartz kitchen, a speakeasy-style downstairs complete with shuffleboard, darts, a bar, corner booth with an extensive library, and cozy leather club chairs. There is plenty to do in the area, but you’d be surprised how easy it is to spend a whole weekend not wanting to leave the house!

It is a 10-minute walk (or one minute drive) from the main beach (with kayak rentals), pool, and a ski hill open on weekends. The community also includes a 9-hole golf course and pub, a second beach and pool, mini-golf, a 2.7-mile nature walking trail, multiple parks with picnic tables and charcoal grills, and more.

There is a security check-in at the main gate upon arrival. Once at the home, guests can easily access with a digital lock code.
