Watres Lodge Weddings

Watres Lodge Weddings at Lacawac Sanctuary is a place where nature, history, and your special day come together. The setting is the gorgeous Lacawac Sanctuary where shaded woodland trails, native foliage, and trill of birdsong serve as backdrops for your event.

This historic lodge on Lake Lacawac is one of Pennsylvania’s best-kept secret wedding venues. The all-oak lodge has 8 bedrooms that are totally affordable to rent out for a long weekend of activities with your closest crew. There’s a great lawn overlooking the lake that makes for a sweet ceremony spot, there are cool wraparound porches on the lodge for cocktail hour, dinner can be held on the lawns, and dancing in the carriage house. Taa-daa, wedding planned!

You’ll open your world to wide-open when you host your wedding here. Choose from the carriage house, the lodge, and an open-air celebration, or a mix of them. You can do it yourself or use one of the many caterers and services recommended by the sanctuary. Accommodations are available in the 1903 lodge and ice house cottage.

Your starting site fee includes the Bridal Suite, tables and chairs, set up, and parking for your guests.
