This comfortable three bedroom house with two spacious bathrooms is ideally suited for a small family or friends on vacation. Originally built in 1865 and it has been renovated with all the modern amenities needed for a throughly enjoyable stay. Centrally located in the popular Hamlet of Callicoon and in walking distance of popular restaurants, a movie theatre, the Delaware River, boutiques, a full service supermarket, the famous Sunday Farmer’s Market, great hiking trails, and small quaint towns nearby.

“Roy and Axel’s home was a true gem in the wonderful town of Callicoon! Unlike many house rentals in the area, Roy and Axel’s home is truly walkable to everything in town. The house itself is so comfortable and well appointed. What stood out the most was all of the thoughtful touches that made us feel like welcome guests in the home (instructions on how to use everything, a generous welcome basket, local recommendations). The kitchen was extremely well appointed. The outdoor space was also beautiful! Our only regret is that we could only visit for a weekend. Next time we will be back for a longer stay!
