International Sports Training Camp

International Sports Training Camp is an overnight sports camp with one-week sessions for children ages 8 to 17. At ISTC they believe in teaching life skills through sports. The private, 450-acre lakeside facility is located minutes from I-80.

They combine traditional camping experiences with a one-week sports camp. They offer a very popular all sports program, and IXTC, a sport and adventure program for older campers.

Staff members are from all around the world and work in state-of-the-art facilities with a wide variety of awesome activities and sports. ISTC also offers specialized sports training with fun camp activities like mountain biking, archery, climbing, and swimming in the lake.

International Sports Training Camp facilities boast modern camper cabins, pristine sports fields, and impressive athletic facilities, along with a picturesque 100-acre private lake.

In between three different sports sessions each day, campers have two free periods of Rec Time, where they’re free to choose from camp-wide activities. They can spend their time splashing around at the waterfront, master their skills at archery, ride through our dozens of trails on mountain bikes, conquer the climbing tower and zip line through the trees, and more.
