Sonia has always had a passion for creative baking and decorating, which aligns with her award-winning cakes and specialty desserts. She began supplying the Poconos with her beautiful and delicious sweets out of her home, baking daily in her certified kitchen. Thus Sonia’s Sweet Inspirations was born. As orders continued, she and her husband decided to expand the business into a storefront.

They’re very good and so they’re very busy and are often booked way in advance, so be sure to call and visit months ahead.
