- Lake Muscoday,

Lake Muskoday is not little, nor it is large. It’s approximately 65 acres in size. It’s quiet, spring-fed, and non-motorized, and there’s plenty of boating. It’s in tiny Roscoe, aka Trout Town USA, the “ultimate fishing town.” Local roads have names like Buck Brook. There are lots of houses on the lake. It’s not crowded, but you’ve got plenty of company.
The lake is plenty stocked, so hop in a kayak or canoe and get to work.
Just ten minutes from the center of Roscoe, featuring fantastic standbys like restaurant/tasting room Roscoe Brewery and Northern Farmhouse Pasta. Just a few minutes more gets you to Livingston Manor’s buzzy Main Street with a plethora of shopping and dining options. Two and a half hours to NYC, in the heart of the Catskills.
Frozen Lake Muskoday is great for sledding, ice hockey, ice skating, ice fishing, and all sorts of fun. The summertime lake is the place to swim and boat.
