The house sits 30 yards from quiet non-motorized boating Lake Muskoday. Recently updated with working stone fireplace. Relax with a glass of wine on the deck, enjoy your morning cup of coffee with panoramic full frontal views of the peaceful lake. The glass front allows cabin to get an abundance of natural sunlight making the cabin sunny and cheery. Country stone walkway leads to dock with Adirondack chairs and rowboat and kayaks (must wear life jackets) available. Sit under umbrella and enjoy outdoor barbecue on the Watch the sun set and hear the sounds of nature.

Activities at the lake include flotation devices to enjoy placid lake Muskoday, boating on the lake in a row boat which is provided, and fishing on lake. The location is easily accessible to enjoy many nearby activities such as fly fishing for trout in nearby Beaverkill River.

You’re 15 minutes from Roscoe, know as Trout Town USA, and 1/2 an hour from Bethel Woods. A quick drive to quaint country towns includes Callicoon, where more music venues are held and an old fashioned movie theater still continues, and Saturday and Sunday farmer food markets takes place. You’fe minutes from the fabulous Roscoe Brewery Beer Co and Prohibition Brewery’s Do Good Spirits (3/4 mile away) where locals meet for summer fun and music.

“We had an amazing stay at Lenny’s lake house! Communication was great and Lenny was really accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The lake itself is absolutely beautiful. We swam, fished and enjoyed going out to a really good local breakfast place (Rease’s Cup). The house is fantastic, one of the best spots on the lake and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I hope to come back and stay again.”
