Lords Valley Country Club

Lords Valley Country Club is a private, member-owned club located within the Hemlock Farms community. It’s a USGA-rated 18-hole golf course that covers 145 scenic acres. In 2014 it was added to the Platinum Clubs of America’s list of Five Star country clubs, ranked number 31 of 125.

The course features 6,419 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71.6 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Bent grass. Designed by Norman H. Woods, the Lords Valley golf course opened in 1960.

The course is not overly long, but a few dog legs and strategic tree placement make the course challenging. The course is in phenomenal condition. The country club has a snack bar with sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, etc. There is a full-service restaurant, tennis courts, and many activities.

The par 72 golf course was designed by Norman H. Woods and receives a 71.2 rating (from the championship tees). The club’s affiliations include USGA, PGA of America, Pennsylvania Golf Association, Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary Program, Goldwater Guardian Green Sites Program, and the Philadelphia Golf Association.

Membership is open to residents and nonresidents of Hemlock Farms and is subject to review by their Membership Committee and approval by their Board of Governors.
