It’s a dreamy place perched on a lush mountain that’s located in Parksville, a tiny hamlet of the town of Liberty. The house has been recently renovated and offers total privacy and serenity – sitting on 5 acres at the end of a quiet road. Bring Fido!

There’s an open floor plan – the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room. The are two living rooms – one downstairs with a wood stove and one upstairs with a TV. As of 2023, there’s a a yoga/wellness studio on the property for guests to use. This 9×18 space is drenched with sunlight and is the perfect spot for yoga, meditation, dance and more. Tje space is filled with lots of windows to allow the mountain air to come in and even has a view.

Recharge and unwind nestled in the woods. There’s an indoor fireplace, a deck that wraps around the house with beautiful views, and a fire pit. There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a workspace.

The entire home and property are all yours. The home sits on the end of a quiet, private road and you have 5 acres all to yourselves. This includes the firepit with wood provided, two artists’ sheds, the house, and all the surrounding land.

It’s an easy 15-minute drive to Livingstone Manor for great restaurants, shopping, and activities.

Note: The Mountain Terrace sits on a secluded plot of land at the end of a half mile of unpaved road. In the winter the road is plowed but needs a 4WD car to drive comfortably on the road.

“Beautiful house. Everything was exactly as pictured and we appreciated the special touches like the welcome basket of snacks and “Public Goods” soap, lotion, and shampoo in both bathrooms and the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and the linens so soft. The house was extremely clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the gorgeous view from the terrace, BBQ, board games, and activities in the area. The hosts were very welcoming and super responsive. It was a perfect stay and we hope to be back soon!”
