The bedrooms are spaciously laid out over three floors with 4 queen bedrooms on the 1st floor, 3 queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 2 king master suites on the 3rd floor, and a daybed and trundle in the loft, a flexible layout for larger groups looking for privacy and space. Enjoy all the comforts of home with aspen log beds, TVs in all the bedrooms, cooling ceiling fans, and modern bathrooms.

You’ve got 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, and two dishwashers. Two fireplaces, too! One in the great room and one on the second floor deck.

The lower-level games room is fully loaded with a multicade arcade system, professional Olhausen 8′ slate pool table, granite bar, a stone-clad fireplace, large plush sofas, and flat-screen TV, and a Sonos sound system that sends music throughout the home.

This fantastic indoor entertainment area opens up to the finest in outdoor living. A large undercover deck with picnic tables and a hot tub opens to a private backyard with an outdoor fire pit nestled in the trees. The raised upper deck offers another 700 sq ft of outdoor living with an indoor-outdoor fireplace, a gas Weber Genesis grill, and plenty of seating for the whole crew to get together and enjoy alfresco dining under the stars.

You’ll be within a 10-minute walk of Lake Harmony and 3 miles from Big Boulder Ski Area. Of course, you’re near the beach! You’re just a short walk from the lake.

“Great property, well equipped for families, friends, or work. I had our work team out for a working leadership meeting and the house was perfect. 9 bedrooms perfect kitchen and the great room was perfect for sitting around the fire. My laptop was able to easily plug into the TV for our meetings. The location is near restaurants, water or winter activities, and hiking. We used the outdoor deck and rear firepit to decompress at the end of each day. Great house and great value.”
