It’s named for Mama Joanne, who who was known for her unmatched hospitality and love for martinis. She’d be pleased – it’s immaculate and roomy and has tons of amenities. Great for a few couples or a family – perfect for a multi-family vacay.

For the little ones, there’s a min-crib, a Pack ’n Play/Travel crib, and children’s dinnerware.

It’s got a Smart TV & bath for each bedroom. Ideal for multi-generation vacations. Remote workers and corporate bookings welcome.

There’s a dedicated workspace with deck, printer & WiFi, an EV charger, fire pit & game room. Seasonal access to the community pool, 160-acre lake, and pickleball.

The main floor features an open floor plan with oversized windows allowing for beautiful views and natural lighting. The pool and lake at Bear Creek will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
