This 3 level home with plenty of space across 3 floors. On the main level there is an open concept kitchen/living room with vaulted ceilings with mountain views as well as 2 bedrooms (queen) and a full bathroom.

On the upper level is a living room/convertible bedroom with a full-size sofa bed, plus 2 convertible single beds, a full bathroom, a reading nook with mountain views, and exercise equipment. On the lower level, you can enjoy the bar, pool table, and games, or relax in front of the fire.

It’s only a 5 minute drive to quaint and adorable Livingston Manor, where you can enjoy the shops, cafes, breweries, and restaurants. The area is surrounded by mountains, creeks, and lakes.
