Lake House in the Woods

The Lake House in the Woods hosts 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths on the waterfront of secluded, non-motorized Montgomery Lake. Great for kids, and you can Bring Fido, too!

The deck overlooks the lake and is styled with 2 couches, a Weber gas grill, cooler, and a dining table. A fire-pit and firewood are provided all year round. The 55″ HDTV has Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV.

For the little ones, there’s a crib, plus a Pack ‘n Play travel crib, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, and a baby bath. For water lovers, there are 2 kayaks, 1 stand-up paddle boards, water tubes, a floating dock, and plush towels for lazy lakeside days.

For groceries, select Eldred in the Essentials list. It’s less than 3 miles away. It’s a fairly decent grocery with a deli and a good beer selection.

“We loved our stay at Nina’s place! It was so well equipped and stocked, we were able to cook and grill comfortably, and all of the shower necessities were provided. The location on the lake is wonderful. The fire pit, kayaks, and large deck were big pluses. We’d love to come back!”
