It sits on 6 private acres nestled between Skytop Lodge and Buck Hill Falls. It’s 2 hrs away from both NYC and Philly. Note – only permits kids at the age of 16 and up. Another note – it’s much bigger than it looks in the picture of the exterior.

The previous owner of Grotto Grove was a landscaper and did an amazing job of creating a whimsical and zen environment. There’s a grill and picnic table for summer BBQs and and a table for two behind the house for some wine and conversation. Hike 6 acres of private trails in the summer, bird watch in the spring, and sit around the wood burning stove with some apple cider donuts in the fall. If you love nature you will love Grotto Grove!

“Wonderful respite from the city. Loved having this land that was private, and pretty darn quiet. Sleeping in the bedroom with windows open was like camping with the sounds and smell of the forest surrounding you but much more comfortable. Marcus & Marissa were extremely responsive and helpful. Loved the bird watching and sitting areas outside. Would love to come back one day.”
