Amber Lake Lodge

Amber Lake Lodge is a lakefront retreat sitting on 14 acres in the Sullivan County Catskills. The house sleeps 16+ and is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends. It’s an Airbnb ‘Guest Favorite’ brought to you by Superhost Jamie.

The house was recently renovated with the assistance of renowned local designers and features a fully-stocked kitchen, open to the great room and perfect for entertaining or watching the kids. The great room features a Sonos sound system and a TV for movie nights.

With four traditional bedrooms (two with king beds and ensuites), a bonus sun room with two daybeds, and a full-size basement with two bunk beds plus a pull-out couch, there’s plenty of room for your large group of friends and family.

The 85″ HDTV has Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Roku. The laundry room boats 2 washers and 2 dryers.

The basement also features an 85 inch TV and a comfortable seating area; two Nuggets for kids to play on; two desks with 27-inch monitors for working remotely; a Peloton Bike+ (bring your own shoes) and two sets of washer/dryers.

The lake is quiet and peaceful and great for kayaking or paddle boarding (two kayaks and two stand-up paddleboards are provided). If you’re looking to swim, please know that in the summer there are lily pads on this part of the lake. For good swimming you need to make your way through the lilies to the middle of the lake (where there is a dock).
