It’s a members club with private residences hidden in the mountains and surrounded by nature. The club combines the lux amenities and services of a boutique resort with the comforts and security of your own “home-away-from-home” featuring stately-appointed, fully furnished residences.

Serenité offers fully furnished residences, ranging from one-bedroom retreats to five-bedroom townhomes. Think a vacation home without the upkeep.

Members will also enjoy a wide array of clubhouse programming, from live music and member socials to guest speakers and holiday events. The clubhouse will feature private lounges for smaller gatherings and special occasions, as well as state-of-the-art business capabilities for remote work and corporate retreats.

The mountaintop location offers four seasons of activities, from fall foliage and winter skiing to spring and summer golf, white-water rafting, waterfalls and 261 miles of hiking trails. Serenité also boasts stunning views of Camelback’s ski runs and the Delaware Water Gap.

The residences are kept private situated atop 125 acres on the Northridge of Camelback Mountain. All members have access to an outdoor pool (heated throughout the colder seasons) with lap lanes and a hot tub area, complete with firepits and a swim deck social area. There’s also the Turkey Wilderness Trail, which offers a private hiking, biking or walking experience.
