Eagles Rest Cellars

Eagles Rest Cellars is a family-owned vineyard and winery nestled on a 200-acre farm in Cherry Valley between Stroudsburg and Delaware Water Gap. Home to 900+ vines, this winery is a beautiful spot to explore their wines and enjoy nature and wildlife in the valley.

Eagle Rest Cellars is the tasting room for the vineyard. They serve dry white and red, semi-sweet, sweet wines, and sangria. They’ve also got beer on draft. Bring your own food. Relax inside the winery or outside. Enjoy music under the tent on special occasions. Stay warm with one of their fire pits.

“The vineyard is the heart of what we do at Eagles Rest. Our vineyard is home to over 900 vines, trellised in the high top wire style of growing. The vineyard is serene where the day seems to be less hurried and more calm.”

You can host your micro event with up to 35 guests in one their outdoor spaces. Bring your own food or cater the event locally. Eagles Rest supplies the wine, beer and/or sangria.

During the season, they sell their own beautiful Christmas trees. Eagles Rest Cellars is welcoming and fun.

“We visited on Labor Day Weekend at the recommendation of Renegade Winery. The property is beautiful and we even saw an eagle while there. The woman who did the tasting was fun and provided an excellent history of the wines. We got to meet Petunia the dog and she was as sweet as a button. The wine is is a nice example of PA grown wines.”
