The Blank Farmhouse

The Blank Farmhouse hosts 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 1.5 baths where you can Bring Fido! Beautiful and cozy 1918 farmhouse on 4 acres of land with a private pool (opens early/Mid June-Early Oct). Sit on the lounge set overlooking fruit trees and farmland. Grill on the deck and enjoy the firefly light show in the back fields. Open a bottle of wine and start one of many puzzles or games. Make yourself at home!

You will have access to the beautiful pool and outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, a streaming-ready TV, books and board games, grill and outdoor dining area, and fast internet service. You have your own office with a large desk for your Zoom calls so you can get work done in peace and then get back to enjoying nature.

It’s 2 hours from NYC and 3 hours from Philadelphia. Close to Callicoon, Narrowsburg, and Livingston Manor, and a half-mile from the Delaware River.

“We had an amazing stay at Marni’s house! It is beautiful, comfortable, filled with EVERYTHING you need to cook and have fun, and also in a great location – sort of central to everything in the western Catskills. The beds were comfy, the A/C worked great, the pool and fire pit and deck were perfect for star gazing and relaxing.
