Hear the stream flowing when you pull up. There’s a large great room with fireplace and windows overlooking backyard stream. 1 master bedroom, 1 separate guest room, 1 open sleep loft (2 twin beds). The 3rd bedroom is a sleep loft with two twin beds that is open to/overlooks the living room.

The outdoor shower is functional from about May 1st through about October 15th. Mountain Lake (the Smallwood private lake) can be accessed only with guest passes provided. The lake is open on about 6/28 through Labor Day (subject to weather).

Walk the stone path right in your backyard down to the swim pit. Inside, there’s a 55″ TV with standard cable and Apple TV.

Take a walk along the stream to a waterfall right from the backyard. Follow the stone path down to the stream and hang out with the water flowing next to you! It’s a great spot to just sit in the flowing water on a hot day.

The house has a big deck and a separate fire pit area on the lawn where you can see & hear the stream. The deck has a couch, table, chairs, and grill. There is a grill on the deck for BBQ’s, and another fire pit overlooking the flowing stream in back.
