This cedar chalet is the kind of place that’s made for fun times with a group of friends or family. Yes, it has a hot tub. (And a fire pit!) The 2,300 square-foot lodge feels fresh and new, thanks to a 2019 renovation. The house sleeps up to 10 across five bedrooms, with three full bathrooms. Netflix and other streaming services, plus plenty of parking, provide creature comforts.
It offers lake access too. Three lakes belong to Locust Lake Village, the private community where the house is located.
Bonus: Lightning-fast WiFi is available throughout the home. At 97 Mbps, you can make video calls and stream videos for your whole group.
Locust Lake Village’s three lakes— Pines, Locust, and East— are close to the chalet. Spend your days on the sandy beach or fishing areas. Locust Lake has got tennis courts, an archery range, a bird-watching blind, and a sledding hill.
The large deck and new hot tub are perfect for outdoor chilling or spending time inside the light-filled living space and game room. The “World Famous” Pocono Raceway is nearby as well if you’re looking for a really unique experience.
Head over to Hanna’s Farm Market, where you can buy locally sourced meats and cheeses. Whip up meals for the group in the luxury kitchen and dine under the trees on the spacious deck. After dinner, you can take a soak in the brand new hot tub or roast marshmallows around the fire pit.
