“We were two families that spent the Christmas weekend at the Golden Owl. We arrived soon after the 4PM check in time and per the instructions we received that morning, it was easy enough to get inside. The kids were immediately ecstatic over the game room and we adults were super happy with the rustic and cozy factor of the home. It had a lovely mix of country cabin and mid-century modern aesthetic. we made made ourselves at home quickly. although we ventured out for a few activities, we mostly found ourselves enjoying quality time in the home. The hot tub and game room were a big draw, as was the ability to feed the cute squirrel, Mr. Chips, with his very own picnic table attached to the tree out front.Whitney was super responsive, helpful and kind during our visit, which we really appreciated, considering it was Christmas weekend, and the Digital Home Guide we received in each ema-l preceding our trip was filled with useful info about the home and surroundings. Highly Recommended!”
