“We had a wonderful time at Casa Nera! We booked this house to celebrate a birthday with our friends. Natascha was super responsive before, during and after our booking. We had a slight hiccup after we checked-in but Natascha was able to help us resolve the issue very quickly. After that our trip was amazing! The house is so clean and spacious. The furniture and decor were modern and lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked for our group of 9 people and we prepared every meal in the kitchen, and the grill came in handy. The hammock and outdoor patio was a favorite relaxing spot for all of us. The beds were also very comfortable. Natascha was also fantastic and let us check out a bit later since no one was coming after us and helped tremendously given our little kids. We all want to come back here in the winter to experience the magic. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it!”
