Views! Views! Views! Beautiful inside and out for all seasons – this charming, peaceful sanctuary has been newly renovated in 2023, and is outfitted with dreamy, one-of-a-kind, vintage furniture and modern rustic sensibilities.

The spacious outdoor deck is a real treat, gorgeous mountain views overlooking the Catskills will make you want to put your feet up and enjoy the outdoors. A short walk up the hill takes you to private Hunter Lake, an 85-acre spring-fed lake where you can swim, kayak, and fish.

Outside, you’ll find a fire pit with magical outdoor string lights, and a propane grill and picnic table with umbrella for al fresco dining experiences. Nature abounds on four private acres with blueberry bushes and apple trees. A charming seasonal brook flows right by the house .

The house is situated between Parksville, a peaceful hamlet, and Livingston Manor, a bustling small town.

“The house is beautifully decorated and clean, the beds are new and super comfortable, and there is good lighting and heat in every room. Great views off the lovely back deck! And just ten minutes from Livingston Manor, our favorite Catskills town. The owner is super nice and very responsive too. Her attention to detail is impressive. I only wish we’d had our dog with us (there was even a water bowl waiting just in case). Will be back.”
