For starters, there is a 315-acre lake right in the back yard. Fish, boat, kayak, or simply soak up the views. Sit around the fire pit and stargaze, relax in the hammock with your favorite read, or beat your friends in a game of cornhole.

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite meals. Just bring your favorite ingredients. The large peninsula is perfect for serving snacks and drinks. Next to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with a built-in banquette seating which doubles up as board game central as soon as the dishes are put away. There is a full size pool table and a Smart TV so you can play a game or watch a game.

As you enter the second floor, you’ll be captivated by the view. The floor-to-ceiling windows let you overlook the lake and outdoor space without leaving the living room. Feel free to sink into the extra large couch, big enough for your whole group, where you can cuddle up with a blanket and watch a movie on Netflix. Turn on the gas fireplace to create an even warmer and more relaxing atmosphere.

In the winter months, melt your stress away as you dip into the outdoor hot tub surrounded by the chilly mountain air. For the little ones there’s a playground and a playhouse where they can let their imagination run wild. Once hunger kicks in, fire up the gas grill and have a feast in the outdoor dining area.

The Community amenities include the lake, beach, playground, basketball and tennis courts, a beach volleyball field and a boat dock. Use of Community amenities requires purchase of wristbands at $3.00/each.

A couple of great things to note: it was cozy, had a gorgeous view of the lake, the house was very clean, it had a fully stocked kitchen, there was good and accessible parking for multiple cars, it wasn’t too far from the activities we were doing throughout the weekend, and there was plenty of space for all the people we had!”
