If you want to wing it, you’ll find lots of places that will sell you a license on the spot and in person, including Dunkelberger’s Sports Outfitters in Stroudsburg or Brodheadsville, Pocono Boat House in Pocono Lake, Pickerel Inn General Store in Dingmans Ferry, and in tons of other general stores and sporting goods stores. Also, if you see a Wal-Mart, drive on in – they have them.
