First Cast at Junction Pool takes place on April 1 at 7:00 am in Roscoe, The Ultimate Fishing Town. It’s the first day of fishing seasons, and many of the largest trout in the Beaverkill are taken from this pool.
Fly-fishing season is officially opening: Attend the first cast of the year with a Roscoe Chamber of Commerce luminary. In partnership with the renowned Catskill Fishing Museum, and just down the road from Roscoe’s business district.
