Enjoy access to the tranquil waters of the private community lake, Lake Watawga, right from your private dock. Take advantage of 3 single-person and 1 double-person adult kayaks for a day of exploration. Lounge on the deck or ‘dock-deck’ and soak up the sun and the beautiful lake views. Safety is paramount, so they provide 4 adult life jackets for your peace of mind during water activities. Life jackets are required at all times while on the lake.

For fishing enthusiasts, the best fishing spot is just a short distance from the front dock, thanks to old railroad ruins creating a prime fishing area. Remember to obtain a valid fishing permit before casting your line, as the lake is patrolled by game wardens. Get your fishing license in a jiffy here.
