For the kids, there is a playground and kiddie pool. The house has a futon sofa bed in the loft area which is part of the master bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a portable crib.

This home offers cathedral ceilings, a stone fireplace, ceiling fans, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one downstairs bedroom is equipped with twin/queen bunk beds. While ideal and best suited for children, they can also sleep 3 adults), two baths, and TVs/DVD/VCR and videos. The game room area, at the house, features a dart board, air hockey/pool table combo and ping-pong.
