Rainier hosts 26 guests in 8 bedrooms and 5 spacious baths. In the living room comfy couches are strategically placed in front of a stone fireplace and a large Smart TV hangs over the mantel, making this room one of the more popular spaces.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with two stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators. Designed to accommodate people of all abilities, it includes wheelchair access in one of the bedrooms and an elevator to take guests between two floors. The dining room table dominates the eating areas seats 10 to 12 guests, and the breakfast bar directly behind allows for overflow seating of seven more.

Outside on the deck, four supersized picnic tables (two on the top deck and two on the bottom patio) provide options for alfresco dining, and the Weber barbecue grill gives more cooking options for the guests. An outdoor fireplace on the upper deck will ward off any chill you may feel and makes a great place to roast marshmallows after the sun sets. A hot tub tucked away under the wood deck adds a touch of romance. Be sure to take a glimpse over the wooded landscape that surrounds the house; the views from out here are destined to make the Poconos your happy place

The most popular space, however, is the game room, which is equipped with a regulation size pool table, a multicade arcade game, and another large Smart TV, ensuring this room is well used. A super soft sofa and loveseat can be found in here, offering another space to come together with your friends or family for conversation and fun.
