Completely redesigned and remodeled in 2023, this bright sun-drenched nest in the woods has double height ceilings, a dream of a kitchen, and enough space across three levels for even those in the largest group to secure a quiet moment. The house sits at the head of the woods crowning the Delaware River, ensconced in one of the prettiest hamlets of the valley. While the outside offers tremendous trail and hiking opportunities, within 6 minutes you can be tubing, kayaking or paddling in the water.

Like all Upstate Place properties, this home has a crib, highchair, and baby bath available to make even the smallest guest’s stay welcoming and easy. It’s particularly suited for children as just a three minute walk away is Circle Park, considered by many to be the best children’s park in the region. The house provides well for all activities; towels and picnic blankets for river excursions, drink flasks for hiking and walks, snacks for nibbles, and propane and firewood for outdoor living.

This is a V.I.Pooch Pawperty and your furry friend can expect the following: dog bed, bowls, toys, poop bags, shampoo, and a first aid kit.

“Beautiful house! Loved the minimalist style and the fact that this place was absolutely spotless. It’s open, large, and can accommodate a large number of guests. We had a family get together here and with all the space it never felt crowded. The kitchen is incredible. High end cookware and a very functional layout. At one point we had 7 cooks in the kitchen and it still felt spacious. Everyone agreed the beds are comfortable…and the towels were so soft! (We’re all wondering how do they get them that soft???). We all enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return to this property.”
