Lakefront Northern Retreat

This Lakefront Northern Retreat is a beauty that hosts 9 guests in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 baths. It’s on a 1-acre lot with sweeping sunset and lake views from every room of 350 feet of lakefront.

On the main floor, you’ll find the living room, eat-in kitchen, dining area, sunroom, and coffee bar. The eat-in kitchen includes a large island with counter height seating for four, a dining table that seats six, and a coffee station. The closet in the kitchen includes a stackable washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

The living room is a cozy atmosphere with a large sectional couch, a wood-burning fireplace, and large A-frame windows. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with a queen bed, desk, and sliding doors with access to the deck.

Beyond the dining area, you will find the sunroom. This room is almost completely glass, it is a great area to step away from the group and relax.

Step through the sliders in the living room out onto a large updated deck. The deck includes several sets of outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining set, and a gas grill. Off the deck you will find a private beach, private dock, and a fire pit surrounded by a ring of Adirondack chairs. There are water toys, a canoe, kayak, a fishing boat, and a pedal boat.

Guests have the option to purchase daily, weekly, or weekend passes to use all of Big Bass’ amenities. This includes the beach, gym, indoor and outdoor pools!
A daily pass is $8, a weekly pass is $30, and a weekend daily pass is $10.

“A group of 7 of us had a wonderful stay at Regina’s place over Thanksgiving! The entire house is spotless and absolutely gorgeous. There are incredible windows spanning entire walls of the front of the house providing a stunning view of the lake. The house is everything you could want from a cozy getaway with a large and comfy couch for gathering in the living room and an excellent fireplace, loads of natural light from every angle, a beautiful sunroom for a peaceful time, and spacious bedrooms. We made good use of the hot tub out front (great for stargazing!) as well as the fire pit and the provided kayaks and canoes! We had everything we needed in the house, which was well stocked and we really enjoyed all the additional amenities. Regina was responsive and flexible with our timings, and we had a wonderful stay!”
