40-Acre Woods Cabin hosts 12 guests in 4 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 baths, surrounded by Federally protected land. This former sheep farm has now been converted into a stunning barn-style cabin. It’s an Airbnb ‘Guest Favorite’ hosts by Superhosts Farid & Natalie.

The property is on 40+ acres, surrounded by an additional 80+ acres used as an Eagle Sanctuary.

The cabin has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of room and space to easily accommodate up to 12 guests. With over 3000s square feet of space and access to WiFi and 5G throughout the property, guests can spread out and find peace-and-quiet in all different parts of the house and woods before gathering back together in the open-layout kitchen or living room around the indoor fireplace.

The kid’s room has a bunkbed that includes a trundle underneath with a standard size twin mattress. It also has a crib, if you need it. Additional baby items are available and can be accessed upon request. There’s a treehouse for the kids, too.

:Spent a long weekend here with a few friends and had a great time. It looks exactly like in the pictures, the big open living room/kitchen area is wonderful – we cooked good food and sat around the fireplace playing games and relaxing. It was easy to get in, the place was clean and it was great to have the hot tub to jump into in the evenings. In terms of location, it feels nice and secluded, there’s a deli at the end of the road if you need to grab anything, and it was only about 20 minutes to supermarkets, local breweries, hiking spots, etc. The host’s communication was excellent, when I couldn’t find things like extra sheets, coal for the grill, and the cleaner for the hot tub, I got responses very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an upstate NY getaway!”
