In light of the drought conditions, the recent fires in our region, and the burn ban currently in place, we have made the difficult decision to cancel ULLR Fest this Saturday, November 9 at Camelback Resort. The 10th Annual Ullr Fest is a one-day festival for snow sports enthusiasts to usher in a powder-filled winter. Celebrate the change of the season like the Norse gods with various merchants, flowing food and beverage, wood carving, ski decorating, and more! Catch the lighting of the propitiatory bonfire to win the good favor of Ullr and ensure a snow-filled winter season.
Winter is coming, and YOU need to help summon Ullr, the Norse God of Snow and Skiing. This ultimate festival for snow sports lovers and families promises an evening of excitement—local vendors, delicious food and drinks, ski decorating, goat snuggles, and thrilling Viking performances. NEW this year: a beard competition with prizes for Longest Beard, Most Creative, Best Mustache, and Most Viking-esque.
Fire performers will light up the night, followed by the ESU Warrior mascot helping to ignite a massive bonfire in hopes of winning Ullr’s favor. As the flames rise, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display and a drone show. Live music from Leighann & Company will keep the energy high all night. Don’t miss out!
