Mike’s Pizzeria Brodheadsville is your West End pizza place. It’s in a tiny town called Gilbert, but Brodheadsville will do.
They’ve got pizza, calzone, stromboli, pasta, burgers, heroes, and subs.
Dinners include Shrimp Scamp, Zuppa de Pesce. and all kinds of chicken dishes, like chicken Marsala, Sorrentino, Florentine, and more.
They’ve got beer to go, along with a full bar specializing in frozen cocktails.

Palumbo’s Pizza is a pizzeria in Shop-Rite Plaza that sells NY-style pizza as whole pies or by the slice. Calzones, strombolis, hot and cold subs, sausage rolls, salads, apps, cheesesteaks, and shrimp baskets.
“For a small establishment the food here was above my expectations. My wife being Italian & fussy, also gives Palumbo’s a 5 star rating. No complaints here, food is delicious, portions are on point. Shout out to the cook/owner, Tony!”

Palumbo’s Pizza II is a pizzeria selling, well, pizza, along with pasta, wings, cheesesteaks, and sub sandwiches.
Looks for mozzarella sticks and meatballs. They also sell cannoli, gelato, and Italian ices. AND they’ve got beer, and beer to go! Definitely an Editor’s Choice!
“As a born & bred New Yorker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheese pie, chicken drums, & zeppoles. Soo hard to get a good slice in the woods. Slice has a nice chew & uyou can finish the crust. Zeppoles were warm, light yet dense, not greasy. Delish. Paulmbo’s II is the closest thing to Amore’s (in Flushing). Also saves me a 2hr drive to Queens. Thanx guys.”

Farmhouse Cafe makes sweet or savory waffles for breakfast including the Dutch Chicken and Waffle of slowed braised pulled chicken on a thin layer of mashed potatoes smothered in gravy.

No broken pieces or hard-to-read locks (the same cannot be said about some other local places). Good clue system and timekeeping. We want to be challenged and could definitely feel the pressure here!
