The bathroom was the most recent renovation, including replacing the old cast iron tub, and a new dishwasher. They also added radiant heat floors in the kitchen and bathroom.

On the back deck there is an outdoor dining table and a gas grill.

It has high speed internet for anyone working from home, schooling remotely or simply streaming videos/playing video games. There’s a Smart TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney apps, and and Xbox console.
