The house is perfectly situated in the middle of the Catskills on the border of Ulster and Sullivan Counties. It’s right off of a main road, so for those that want the country experience but still want to be kind of close to civilization, it’s perfect. There is also a tiny house on the property that can be rented in addition to the house for a reduced fee if renting out both.
