Sango Kura Brewery is Pennsylvania’s first (and only) sake brewery and bistro. It’s in the Delaware Water Gap.
Sango Kura also offers sustainable sushi. They do their homework to make sure the fish we serve is sustainably caught or farmed and comes from healthy populations.
Their on-site micro greenery supplies healthy and delicious greens to compliment their dishes or offer super tasty salads.
