Sunrise Summit

Sunrise Summit hosts 6 guests in 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 1 bath. and it’s brought to you by Wander Homes. You can Bring Fido!

There’s a private, fenced-in back yard, a patio, a screened=in porch, a hot tb, a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, ACs in all rooms, and a Roku TV in every room.

Additional fees (optional) for Stillwater Lakes Civic Association community amenities access (summer only):
● Wristbands can be purchased at the community office upon arrival
● $5 per day for guests 10 and older
● No charge for guests under 10

Community amenities available to guests (seasonal):
● Outdoor pool
● Swimming lake & beach
● Playground
● Basketball court

“The house, fenced in backyard, and hot tub were perfect. We had a very relaxing weekend sitting on the screened-in porch. Very friendly dog place – We took our dogs on walks every morning.”
