Green Gables Estate

Green Gables Estate is a gorgeous mansion on a 26-acre estate that hosts 20 guests in 10 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. It’s perfect for a bachelor/bachelorette or wedding party stay, or a family reunion. It’s incredibly beautiful and an Airbnb ‘Guest Favorite’ rated in the ‘Top 5% of Homes’.

The main floor features 2 living rooms, each with large stone fireplaces and wood-beamed ceilings, and one with a large-screen TV. There’s a large kitchen, dining room, an open front rocking porch with views, and a beautiful enclosed side porch with views of the estate. There’s a pool and a tennis court. The laundry room is in the basement.

The main house overlooks a renovated, heated pool with a large shallow end and a smaller deep end and an exquisite pool house/cabana equipped with towels, sunscreen, and a variety of pool toys. The pool is open May-September. To the right of the pool is a tennis court. Behind the pool house is a golf putting green.

A pond and waterfall with small boat house complete the idyllic setting on 26 acres featuring unique specimen trees and surrounded by a stone wall and gate. Enjoy relaxing walks on the tranquil and breathtaking property.

A large and elegant stone patio connects the main house and the cottage (where the caretakers reside) and features 2 large oblong dining tables with umbrellas, and a large grill. Next to the cottage is a large detached 4-car garage that houses a gym, game room with a ping pong, foosball, and a pool table.

A recognized arboretum, the acreage boasts a stunning pool, grand patios, pond with waterfall, boathouse, tennis/pickleball court, Tee box & putting green, fir epit, trails, soccer/volleyball fields, and a kids playhouse. The carriage barn hosts a gym, yoga studio, theater, and game tables.

“We rented this gorgeous estate and huge house for a Bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect! It felt like we had our own private oasis between the amount of property, pool, and tennis courts available to us. We were a large group but everyone was able to have their own room and bed which is always a plus. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!”
