Grahamsville Private Farmhouse hosts 8 guests in 5 bedrooms with 5 beds and 3 baths. Come take a dip in the pool and enjoy summer in the Catskill Mountains. You can use the pool (open Memorial Day thru Labor Day) and the entire 5 acre property where you can Bring Fido!

The main level features a large living room with multiple couches and a sweet collection of books and CD’s with a stereo system. The dining room has a table that seats 8. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal.

There is so much to do! Relax at a spa, try your luck at the casino, go for a hike, play a round of golf, or shop at a local Farmer’s Market. Enjoy the outdoor space with a BBQ in the backyard or make S’mores by the fire pit under the stars.

You will feel right at home in this charming and restored 1900s farmhouse. It’s located on 5 acres near the great Catskills Forest Preserve, and it’s a great place for four-season recreation.

The house is in a rural area, the nearest large supermarkets and restaurants are 20 minutes away in Ellenville, Monticello, or Liberty

“We had a wonderful week at Alan’s home. We were two families totalling seven people (including three 12-year-old kids). The house is big and comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home, including an extremely well-appointed kitchen (we were even able to bake pies from scratch!), an excellent book, board game, and dvd collection, etc. It’s an older house, but very well-maintained. Everything worked; we literally had no issues with anything. The pool is excellent and the mountain views were stunning. My favorite part of the house was the comfy porch swing. Alan is the most responsive host I’ve encountered. All messages were responded to immediately. Overall A+ experience.”
