Camp Raninu

Camp Raninu is an 85-acre camp in the gorgeous Honesdale area. The beautiful facilities include clean and comfortable air-conditioned bunks, 2 separate air-conditioned dining rooms, an air-conditioned Shul, an air-conditioned gym, and a performance center. In 2018, two NEW air-conditioned test kitchens were installed for creative and delicious hands-on gourmet cooking, baking, and food decorating activities.

Water fun includes banana and jet boating, kayaking, water trampoline, and an 18 ft. iceberg on the lake, two heated Olympic-sized pools with a choice of a straight water slide or a 20-foot corkscrew waterslide.

There are manicured, lit sports fields, tennis, sand volleyball courts, and flag football fields. The girls love daily shiur, archery, go-karts, the exclusive outdoor soapy bubble pit, water maze and mud obstacle course, and the high ropes course.

There are separate air-conditioned arts and crafts building for the latest in creative designs. Girls can ‘chill’ in the comfy canteen lounge or in one of the outdoor lit gazeboes. Their extensive library provides girls with the latest in stimulating and thought-provoking kosher reading material.

The food in camp is in a word — heaven. Incredible meals, themed food bars, and home-baked snacks have made this the go-to camp for foodies. They use Alle and Bais Yosef meats exclusively as well as serving only Cholov Yisroel products both in the kitchen and in the amazing canteen. All of the Kashrus is supervised by Camp Raninu’s resident Rov.

This is an internet device-free camp. The facilities are kept looking fresh and clean. The bunks are cleaned daily and there is a a full maintenance staff on hand to repair anything as quickly as possible.
