Riverside Ranch

The Riverside Ranch is a little chunk of paradise located right on the Delaware River in Pennsylvania’s Tri-state (NY/NJ/PA) area. Whatever it is that brings you to the area, this spot has a little bit of everything. It is the perfect combination of city and seclusion!

It’s a newly renovated, three-bedroom, two-bathroom, ranch-style home that’s tastefully decorated and stocked with the staples needed for an easygoing getaway. You are on a private gravel road with five neighboring cottages.

You’ll have the river’s edge, a shared grassy five-acre yard space, a turf baseball field, and a private courtyard all to yourself. The owners have free-range chickens and companion cats on the property. They will come and say hello!

Hiking, biking, skiing, and swimming opportunities are nearby. Multiple restaurants, a movie cinema, and shopping are within walking distance. Historic Milford, and Port Jervis, New York are only a 10-minute drive. Eagles are sighted daily right from your living room. Convenience and the great outdoors are both at your doorstep!
