Pocono Ranch Lands

Pocono Ranch Lands used to be a horse farm. It’s been taken over and converted to a gated rental and sales community. The new owners seem responsible and committed to the community.

Currently it boasts 743 homes and 499 buildable lots. In addition, the Association owns another 557 lots in green belt areas that will never be improved upon, in order to preserve the natural wooded environment. In addition to a paid staff of up to 25 persons, they are fortunate to utilize the services of many volunteers to assist. They have various Community Committees for owners to become involved in and to assist the Association as it blossoms into an ever improving organization.
