Monarch Cottage at Locust Lake Village is steps away from the sandy shores of Pines Lake. Locust and East Lakes are only a 2-minute drive. Your whole family will love swimming, fishing, and soaking up the sunshine.
It sleeps 8 in 3 comfortable bedrooms with 6 beds and 1.5 baths. For the little ones, there’s a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, children’s books and toys, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games. The kitchen is fully stocked.
Down a short hallway, two well-designed bedrooms offer plenty of privacy and peace. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and en-suite half bath, while the second bedroom has an antique full-size bed. Each bedroom includes:
• Pristine, high-quality linens
• A unique wallpaper feature wall
• Super-soft accent pillows and throws
• New memory-foam mattresses
Upstairs in the lofted space is a super-cool, camp-like bunk room that will be a hit with folks of all ages. Four built-in, twin-size beds each have their own reading lights and cell phone charging docks.
“One word – Amazing! That is what our experience was at this cottage. The house is located in a fantastic area nearby a lake within a community. It was very quiet and felt private most of the time. We loved the warm, quaint, and cozy decor throughout the house. I was amazed by how well the hosts had stocked up all the necessary items and essentials throughout the house. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Our toddler had so much fun in the loft with all the games and toys.
Communication with Jessica was quick. You can’t go wrong staying here. Definitely a 5-star place.”
The sun-soaked great room and large deck provide plenty of space for the whole gang to spread out.
You’ll have access to the entire home and wooded yard and the fire pit and the treehouse, plus Locust Lake Village’s three lakes (Pines, Locust & East), tennis courts, fishing areas, ski hill, sledding hill, archery range, and a bird-watching blind.
You’re just down the road from Hanna’s Farm Market.
“This is a true gem of a place. The space has every amenity you could possibly need- Bluetooth speaker, cooking gear, temperature-controlled rooms, and is gorgeously decorated with tons of charm. Don’t miss out on this one!”
