Lipas Cottage

Lipas Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage that sleeps eight people. It’s located within the gates of the Arrowhead Lake Community in the Pocono Mountains. Within minutes of the cottage, you will find 2 lakes with 4 beaches, 3 pools, 8 playgrounds, and a community lodge. It’s within 10-30 minutes of Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Camelback, Pocono Raceway, and Mount Airy Casino.

As you walk in you will see the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Enjoy the fully equipped game room on the lower level with a pool table, foosball table, and card table. Watch movies in the movie room with the 65″ TV on the family-sized sofa. The main floor has bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room. The loft has a movie room/kid zone and private double office. Plenty of space for family and friends to gather and enjoy quality time.

You must be at least 25 to book. Children are included in the headcount of 8 people. The driveway fits only 3 cars (If you plan on renting a golf cart, keep this in mind).
The house does not have AC. It does have ceiling fans in each room, and portable window fans.
