Conashaugh Lakes

Conashaugh Lakes is a private, gated, residential lake community. A great place to call home or make your weekend getaway.

There are approximately 1,000 acres within the community, 587 of which are developed with single family homes. All of Conashaugh’s properties are a minimum of one acre which provide privacy and help maintain the beauty of the natural surroundings of our area. There are 28 miles of road within the gates.

Amenities include two lakes, Seneca Lake and Conashaugh Lake, and an enhanced wetland area. The lakes provide four seasons of entertainment.

Fishing can be enjoyed on both Seneca and Conashaugh lakes. There is a ramp for non-power boats and a relaxing beach with a playground on Conashaugh Lake. The outdoor pool is open seasonally and is conveniently located next to the Recreation Center. There’s basketball, tennis, volleyball and a bocce court. There is also a baseball field.

Properties have on-site septic and wells. Recycling, garbage and cluster mail boxes are conveniently located at the gates.
