The Reserve

The Reserve is a vintage bank turned speakeasy in the heart of downtown Port Jervis, offering craft cocktails and small plates with elegance and allure.

At The Reserve, they blend the sophistication of a classic bank with the rebellious spirit of a speakeasy. Bartenders craft artisanal cocktails that pay tribute to the era’s most iconic libations, using only the finest spirits and freshest ingredients. From the timeless Old Fashioned to our signature concoctions, each sip is a journey through time.

Small plates include Pickle Pizza, Dirty Martini Dip, Chicken Lollipops, Smash Sliders, a Charcuterie, and a Pickle Plate.

Sunday Brunch includes Croissant Chicken Curry Salad, a frittata, a smoked salmon crostini, Burrata, and almond orange blossom donuts.

Jared and Shailen, driven by a shared passion for history, hospitality, and the art of mixology, embarked on a journey to preserve the legacy of a bygone era while creating a destination unlike any other. Inspired by the clandestine allure of the Prohibition era, they meticulously restored the historic bank, preserving its architectural grandeur while infusing it with modern sophistication.

“The Reserve is one of the best cocktail bars I have ever been to. Located in an old bank, it has an old-school feel with very unique drink choices. The staff was very friendly and the food paired perfectly with the cocktails. I ordered an Old Fashioned and they used a smoker that gave it incredible flavor. I’ll definitely becoming back and highly recommend it to anyone who’s into cocktails.”
